The adult actress revealed how much she could ask for performing in a scene

Adult actress Riley Reid has revealed the salary that she requested on the set of one of her movies.

Speaking to the podcast Itsdanielmac, the porn star opened up about many aspects of her career in the adult entertainment industry.

Riley Reid explains why she stopped filming boy-girl porn
The subject of payment is a sensitive one in the adult industry.

You might be getting paid potentially thousands of dollars for one scene, but you will forever be on the internet doing whatever it was that the scene involved.

Many women who have previously worked in the adult industry have criticised how much the talent gets paid.

Among them was Mia Khalifa, who was infamously paid an insultingly small amount for videos, which went to be viewed tens of millions of times, and made a lot of money for porn production companies and streaming platforms.

Riley Reid is perhaps one of the most widely-known names in porn, so how much can someone like her ask for a scene?

The upshot of it is, it depends on what kind of scene a performer is shooting.

Scenes which are more physically demanding or more extreme in their nature will pay more.

Reid said: “When it’s your first an*l, your first DP, and your first g*ng b*ng a lot of time you can get a good chunk of change. Sometimes girls can get like $10k, sometimes they can get $15k – $20k.

“It kind of depends on what you do. If you do like a featured movie you might be able to get like $30,000.”

She added: “When I did my first an*l I got paid $15k for my first anal but I made the studio agree to let me shoot my own an*l scene and release it at the same time on my website.

“I was still able to monetise on my own site as well.”

The porn star went on to explain that she would often increase or decrease her rate for an*l scenes depending on how much she had been shooting.

She said: “Because I didn’t want to exhaust my a*s out and everything I kept my rate up, it was like $5,000 – $10,000. It kind of depended on the month.

“I was like okay, I’ll take some more a*shole we can lower the rate or like, let’s raise it up because I’ve shot a lot recently.”

She also added that women get paid more than men, with some male performers being paid $100 a scene, or even doing it for no money at all.

“Price wise starting out, sometimes he’ll get like $100 for a scene”, said Reid. “Sometimes even they might shoot for free in the beginning and have to do like ‘prove yourself’ scenes.”

Lana Rhoades reveals she’s now a multi-millionaire since quitting adult film industry

Lana Rhoades previously said she wants all her old Pornhub videos deleted

Retired adult film actress Lana Rhoades has revealed how she became a multi-millionaire since retiring from the adult entertainment industry.

Lana Rhoades had previously been one of the most-searched actresses on Pornhub, but has now retired from the adult industry to pursue a career as an influencer.

She is not the only former porn star to successfully make the switch from the adult entertainment industry to influencing.

Former PornHub number one Mia Khalifa did a similar career move, leaving porn behind for a career as an influencer.

Rhoades has now opened up about making the transition away from porn, as well as revealing some of her experiences while working in the industry.

The main takeaway that Rhoades, whose real name is Amara Maple, was the realisation that if she had a large enough platform being an influencer could be extremely lucrative.

Speaking on the Tap In podcast with YouTuber Harry Jowsey, she revealed that while working in the porn industry she met a YouTuber who claimed to get paid $15,000 for posing with a jeep, and keeping their clothes very much on.

Rhoades said: “And I was like, ‘Wow, I get paid $1,200 to do this disgusting sex scene, why the f**k am I doing this?'”

The former actress worked in the adult industry for around eight months before leaving to try and carve out a career as an influencer.

And things have been going very well for Rhoades since she left the industry.

Speaking to the BFFs podcast, she said: “The industry I did not get paid s**t, I probably had $100,000 in my bank account when I quit shooting porn, now I’m a multi millionaire.”

Despite her rising to the top of Pornhub to become the ‘number one’ model on the site, unfortunately due to not having the rights to the videos she features in, this didn’t do a great deal for her financially.

This is similar to the circumstances with Mia Khalifa, who revealed the shockingly small amount she was paid despite becoming one of the most popular models on the site.

More importantly however, Rhoades explained that her not having the rights to her videos means that she can’t have them removed.

She said: “So Pornhub, a lot of the videos I have no rights under over or otherwise I probably would have deleted them all by now.”

The influencer revealed that she does have regrets about her career in porn, saying: “I do, I honestly tell people if I could go back I would give up everything to have my dignity and respect back and for people to not be able to see me in that way.”

Demi Lovato shares permanent health effects she suffers from after her near-fatal overdose

Demi Lovato has opened up about how her near-fatal drug overdose has effected her health.

**Warning: Contains discussion of drug abuse, alcohol abuse and a near-fatal overdose.**

Demi Lovato has opened up about how her near-fatal drug overdose has effected her health.

The 31-year-old – who now goes by she/ her pronouns again, after previously changing to they/them – nearly died in July 2018 after overdosing on heroin.

The ‘Cool for the Summer’ singer and Camp Rock actor has since revealed she’s suffered lasting effects to her physical health as a result of her overdose.

Lovato’s near-fatal overdose came after nearly six years of sobriety.

It led to her experiencing organ failure, three strokes and a heart attack, and the singer also contracted pneumonia because she choked on her own sick.

The overdose has caused lasting effects on her health, Lovato appearing on on Sirius XM’s The Howard Stern Show on 11 September to reveal the longer-term damage.

Lovato explains her overdose was so bad it affected her vision, with a lasting affect on the singer’s sight to this day.

“So I still actually have vision problems. […] I don’t drive. I don’t drive anymore because I have blind spots in my vision,” she explains.

“[…] It repaired significantly more within the first three months of the overdose happening but then there was residual. So like when I look at you, if I’m looking at yours eyes I don’t see your nose or your mouth.”

Lovato notes the lasting damage was caused by a lack of oxygen being able to flow to her brain when she overdosed, killing off ‘some cells that just never repaired’.

As well as having a vision impairment, Lovato also has a hearing impairment as a result of the overdose, but says she reminds herself ‘the importance of not living in the past and not having regrets for things’.

“I try to remain positive and have a healthy perspective on what happened to me and just stay in the present moment,” she adds.

Lovato is now completely sober – despite having previously argued drinking alcohol and smoking weed was okay, but finding they simply led her back to other substances which meant she had to go back into treatment in 2021.

The singer resolves: “All I did was replace my addiction with something I thought was safer. It threw me into this deep depression where I put on a bunch of weight because I was just smoking and eating. I was hiding in my room because I didn’t want to go outside and anyone to see me. […] This profound sadness I felt because I wasn’t experiencing life. I was in this walking coma where I wasn’t feeling any pain but I also wasn’t feeling any joy.

“Now when I laugh and have belly-laughs and there’s tears streaming down my face, it feels so much more rewarding than when I’d laugh when I was high.”

If you’ve been on social media in the last week, you’ll probably have seen videos of Spears dancing with knives.

While it’s certainly not the first video of her busting a move in her living room, her latest clip so worried fans that she later had to explain that the knives were fake.

However, this didn’t stop the mom-of-two sharing more concerning clips, as she revealed that she’d been imitating Shakira’s performance at the VMAs.

Referring to the September 27 welfare check, she told fans fans not to worry or call the police – despite their concerns.

Adding three sassy painting emojis in the caption, she then wrote: “Cheers to us bad girls who aren’t afraid to push boundaries and take risks.”

Police also performed a welfare check on Spears back in January, after cops received concerned phone calls from fans.

In an Instagram post today (October 1), the singer slammed the police over the unwanted attention and shared an image of a ballet dancer standing on knife handles.

During this, she claimed that she was being ‘bullied’ by the local authorities and told fans that she’d had ‘enough’.

The post has already received over 211,500 likes from fans with Spears alleging that police refused to leave her home.

She wrote: “The officers came to my home and said they would not leave until they spoke to me as people do 4 minute performances with them.”

The singer went on to say that she wanted an apology from the local force, adding: “I am getting an apology. I’ve been bullied in my home for so long now…ITS ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO!!!”

Referring to her estranged parents, the Grammy award winner compared their behaviour with that of the officers.

“As my mom does the silent treatment when paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m in the wrong…nope it’s an old game,” she claimed, adding: “People need to be responsible for their actions! It’s about power for cops.”

UNILAD has contacted the LAPD for a comment.

Hayden Panettiere Says She Was Addicted To Opioids And Alcohol For Years

The Nashville star began taking pills when she was just 15 years old

Emily Brown

Nashville actor Hayden Panettiere has opened up about being addicted to drugs and alcohol and struggling with her mental health before seeking help to get sober.

The 32-year-old, who is also known for her roles in Heroes and Remember The Titans, said the years both before and after her hit show Nashville came to an end 2018 were ‘difficult’, admitting: “I just needed a break.”

In a new interview, she revealed was just 15 years old when someone on her team began to offer her ‘happy pills’, but Panettiere didn’t realise ‘what door that would open’ when it came to her addiction. She described how things ‘kept getting out of control’ off set over the years, saying: “And as I got older, the drugs and alcohol became something I almost couldn’t live without.”

Panettiere began to experience postpartum depression in 2014 after she gave birth to her daughter, who she shares with Wladimir Klitschko, and described being in a ‘haze’ as a result.

However, in the interview with People and Good Morning America the actor pointed out people were ‘more concerned about [her] usage of alcohol than they ever were about the postpartum depression’. She described being seen as a ‘crazy woman’ or an ‘overly emotional female’, when in reality Panettiere’s feelings were ‘out of [her] control’.

She told GMA: “I felt like I was walking blind. And I don’t like to ask for help either. I wanna be that strong, stoic woman. But, I mean, when you see a happy-go-lucky girl for years suddenly on the floor in a puddle of mess and alcohol, you gotta know something is wrong.”

On her darkest days, Panettiere likened her mental state to having ‘somebody taking an eggbeater and scrambling around your brain’.

As well as the issues she was facing internally, Panettiere had to fight to be believed outwardly, saying: “Once you’re the identified patient as the alcoholic – and not as a girl, a woman going through postpartum depression – then they don’t believe anything that comes outta your mouth.”

“It’s frustrating. It’s heartbreaking,” she continued. “You wanna break down and cry, which makes you look even worse. But not being believed, I think to anybody not being believed is – when they’re telling the truth – is painful.”

Panettiere battled her addiction for years, saying: “I’d think I hit rock bottom, but then there’s that trap door that opens.”

The actor described how her relationship with Klitschko began to deteriorate as he ‘didn’t want to be around’ her, and that she was using opiates and alcohol to ‘make [her] feel happy’.

After being hospitalised with jaundice, Panettiere finally sought treatment at a facility where she found the help she needed. Though she is now sober, she admitted it is an ‘everyday battle’.

“It really is. I’m grateful to say that I’m sober today,” she continued.

After finding the support she needed, Panettiere expressed her hopes that other women going through the same issues know they’re ‘not alone’.

The actor explained: “So many women have been in our positions, And if the people around you don’t believe you, find somebody who does. Find somebody who can help. Go on a journey of exploration and do whatever you have to do to get yourself better, to understand what’s going on inside your heart, your mind, your body.”

Following the breakout of war in Ukraine, Panettiere launched a relief organisation named Hoplon International to raise money for supplies, and is now preparing to get back to work in the role of Kirby Reed in Scream 6.
