Fans shared their concern for Nicki Minaj after she shared a troubling video talking about the struggles of motherhood.
In the clip shared on social media Tuesday, the “Anaconda” rapper seemed to be recalling when she gave birth to her and husband Kenneth Petty’s son, nicknamed “Papa Bear,” in September 2020.
“And then one day, they’re yelling ‘push’ and you’re in pain,” the 41-year-old drowsily said while wearing a white robe and a pink satin bonnet on her head.
“Then one day, he comes out a beautiful baby boy. To God be the glory,” she whispered into the camera.
“Congratulations to every mama out there. You’re doing a great job. In case no one’s told you that, you’re doing a great job.”
Additionally, on Monday, Minaj — born Onika Tanya Maraj — cryptically tweeted, “Yes Single …,” which sent her fans into a frenzy because they did not know if she was talking about new music or a possible divorce.
Page Six reached out to MInaj’s rep but did not immediately hear back.
While it’s unclear what the “Barbie World” rapper is dealing with, her fans sent her tons of love and support online.
“i just woke up and seen nicki insta story, that made me tear up @NICKIMINAJ i hope you okay sending you love and prayers and hugs,” tweeted one user.
“i honestly hope she’s okay. #WeLoveYouNicki,” added another.
Fan sent the hip-hop star love and support on social media.
“Ummm that Nicki Minaj video was very worrying and I hope she’s able to get out of whatever situation she’s in safely,” said a third person.
“i’m so worried about nicki i pray she’s doing ok and finds the strength to guide her through whatever it is she’s going through right now. she’ll forever have my support and love,” wrote a fourth fan.
Petty, 46, and Minaj tied the knot in October 2019.
