This isn’t the first time 50 and Jay-Z have had trouble. They started fighting over 20 years ago. Their feud had seemingly subsided but he may have reignited it with this post.

This comes after 50 Cent has been throwing shade at Diddy.

Right after Diddy’s homes were checked, 50 Cent said, “S**t just got real the Fed’s in all the cribs, damn they got the kids in cuffs.” Later, he added: “Now it’s not Diddy do it, it’s Diddy done they don’t come like that unless they got a case.”

In follow-up posts since, 50 has continued to mock the situation with memes and clips. It comes as law enforcement raided the homes, with the investigation tied to sex trafficking concerns, according to authorities.

The news comes after Diddy was hit with a number of sexual assault lawsuits. Last year, he faced four different accusations, just ahead of the expiration of the Adult Survivors Act, which temporarily lifted the statute of limitations on the ability for victims to come forward.

On Monday, law enforcement told the Mirror of the raid: “Earlier today, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) New York executed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami, and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide further information as it becomes available.”

Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, also shared a statement with us on Tuesday. It read: “Yesterday, there was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences. There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated.”

He went on to say: “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

The lawyer also confirmed that Diddy’s two sons were not arrested during the raid.
