It’s official: Eminem had recorded a track called Majesty for Nicki Minaj’s new album Queen

Eminem just racked up another streaming milestone. Nicki Minaj’s track “Majesty”, featuring Eminem and Labrinth, has officially surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify.

This marks a major win for all three artists involved. For Nicki Minaj, “Majesty” becomes her 81st song to hit this streaming milestone. Eminem adds another trophy to his collection, with “Majesty” being his 96th track to break the 100 million stream barrier. Labrinth also gets some shine, as “Majesty” becomes his 20th credited song to reach this impressive number.

Released on August 10, 2018, as a track on Minaj’s fourth studio album “Queen” (2018), “Majesty” became the second collaboration between Eminem and Nicki after they previously teamed up on “Roman’s Revenge”. Fun fact: Em’s vers on “Majesty” is faster than his famously rapid-fire “Rap God” sequence. On “Majesty”, Em raps 123 syllables in about 12 seconds — about 10.3 syllables per second. On the speediest part of “Rap God”, he spits 157 syllables in 16.3 seconds, or 9.6 syllables per second. That means “Majesty” outperforms “Rap God” by about 0.7 syllables per second.
