Prescott will donate the money to a foundation that takes care of s*xual assault survivors.

On one hand, Dak Prescott became the father of a baby girl; on the other hand, he is being dragged to court for alleged false charges.

But Prescott has filed a lawsuit against the Fort Worth woman who claimed that the Dallas Cowboys quarterback had allegedly s*xually harassed her.

On Monday, the 30-year-old’s lawyer, Levi G. McCathern of Dallas, stated that his client is the victim of an extortion case. McCathren completely denied that Prescott had s*xually harassed anyone; rather, he has ’empathy’ for survivors of the heinous crime.

He [fervently] believes that all perpetrators of such crimes should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Mr. [Dak] Prescott has never engaged in any nonconsensual s*xual conduct with anyone.

McCathern said

Furthermore, if the accuser doesn’t withdraw their supposed false allegations and prove wrong, then they would have to pay $100 million as repayment for trying to tarnish Dak Prescott‘s name. He will donate the money to the Joyful Heart Foundation, which supports survivors of s*xual assault.

Details of the s*xual harassment case against Dak Prescott

The incident took place a year after the Dallas Cowboys drafted Prescott in 2017 outside of XTC Cabaret in Dallas. The defendant’s attorney, Bethel Zehaie, told NBC 5 that the alleged victim of the assault did not lodge a case with the police. But she later gathered the courage to come forward and share her story.

Zehaie released a statement after President Prescott reportedly refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing. She claimed that the three-time Pro Bowler was a ‘liar and a rapi*t.’

In our initial conversations with his lawyer, Levi [G. McCathern], he adamantly denied knowing our client. In our next conversation just a week or so later, not only did he confirm knowing Ms. Shores [the defandant] but also confirmed that he was with her the same night she was sexually assaulted.

Zehaie said

She also added that her client had suffered trauma and had to go through frequent therapy sessions.

Dak needs to be held accountable for his behavior. We are not afraid of him or his legal team.

 She said

Prescott’s account revealed that Zehaie had written them a letter documenting the incident that took place on February 2, 2017. She claimed that Prescott and her client knew each other and used to talk on Snapchat. Then he invited her to an undisclosed location in Plano, with a few others (names not revealed) joining them.

The group got into a black SUV, and Prescott asked the woman to sit with him at the back. Zehaie claimed that during the ride, the Cowboys QB flashed his genitals at her. But she did not want to engage in any sort of s*xual intercourse. The letter also said that Prescott forced himself on her.

NBC 5 confirmed that the defendant wants compensation of $100 million in exchange for not going public. Prescott’s attorney team hasn’t issued any further comments.
