Miley Cyrus unveiled her latest attempt to freak out the world, the video for her song “BB Talk,” on Friday.

The clip, a seeming homage to the adult-baby movement, features the “Can’t Be Tamed” chanteuse dressed as an infant, while spouting potty-mouthed lyrics like, “Alright, so this is really fucked up” and “I don’t know if I can get over the fucking goo.”

When Cyrus isn’t using her mouth to drop a barrage of F-bombs in the video, she’s using it to suck on things. Such as a pacifier, with her legs spread wide. And the nipple of a gigantic baby bottle that’s as big as she is. And her own toe.

So, points for limberness, if not for taste.

Oh, and she also bathes with a rubber ducky and busts some moves with a group of backup dancers that look like infant Oompa-Loompas.
