Jeopardy! contestant Harrison Whitaker is currently on fire with a six-day winning streak.
The 27-year-old researcher, originally from Terre Haute, Indiana, faced off against contestants Tony Antoniades and Lydia Boshart in a nail-biting game on Tuesday after securing his spot in next year’s Tournament of Champions. Entering his sixth consecutive game with a season-best $160,999 in earnings, the quiz show whiz indulged host Ken Jennings with a little bit of trivia about himself.
Harrison shared an anecdote about the time he worked as a bouncer for a company associated with Princess Beatrice, the daughter of the disgraced royal Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, formerly known as Prince Andrew.
During the show’s contestant interview segment, the six-day champion revealed his surprising connection to the royal family.
The popular game show host asked him about his “bouncer experience,” to which he quipped, “Yeah, well, obviously you can tell by looking at me that it came naturally, of course.” Ken responded jokingly, “I’m a little intimidated already,” before Harrison explained how he ended up working as a bouncer for a night.

Harrison said, “I used to live in New York, and a friend of a friend had a company that needed somebody to work as a bouncer for the night, and so I took it on.” He added, “The company just so happened to be sort of run by Princess Beatrice of the British Royal Family.”
Ken responded, “Really? Wow. So you’ve been a bouncer for the royals?” Harrison confirmed, “yeah,” as Ken added, “A bouncer to The Crown.” The contestant confirmed, “Exactly.”
Princess Beatrice is the daughter of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, who recently was stripped of his royal titles after being accused of sexual assault by Jeffrey Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre, which is detailed in her posthumous memoir.

Harrison once worked as a bouncer in New York City

After a rocky start, Harrison was able to bounce back and take the win, answering 24 questions correctly and 5 incorrectly, including going 6 for 6 on the final Jeopardy! question. answers, bringing his winnings to a whopping $182,600.
