REAL Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley has revealed she has no intentions of ever sharing custody of her two kids with her ex, PK, following their nasty split.
The reality star opened up about her custody battle with her estranged husband during Thursday’s Season 15 premiere of the Bravo show.

Dorit filed for divorce from her husband of nine years in April
Dorit, 49, addressed the topic while speaking with her co-star Bozoma Saint John, including her reaction the moment she discovered the 58-year-old businessman had been unfaithful, which led to her immediate divorce filing earlier this year.
“When I saw that on the street, him kissing another woman, I felt like that’s it, that’s it, that’s it,” the TV personality recalled upon seeing paparazzi photos of PK’s PDA-filled outing with the Amazing Race alum Shana Wall, 51.
“That man, there on the street, I don’t know him,” Dorit angrily added.
Dorit then shared that she filed for divorce that same day and explained the pair’s cold interaction the following day at their son, Jaggar’s, baseball game, which circulated in the media.
“The day after I filed, Jaggar had a baseball game. I honestly felt disgusted with him, so hurt, so upset, so angry,” the fashion designer admitted.
“I didn’t even look at him. I couldn’t even look at him.”
Bozoma then asked what Dorit and PK’s arrangements have been for their children since they officially parted ways in April, to which Dorit revealed that not much had changed, given PK’s busy work schedule.
“[PK] travels a lot. So, when he’s in town, he’ll have them on a Saturday night,” the mom of two explained.
“As far as my kids are concerned, I only speak the best about their father,” Dorit added.
“I used to do a lot to protect him. A lot. I know he’s a master of his own disaster.”
The Beverly Beach swimwear founder then shared her response to PK’s counter for joint custody and insisted that she will remain their kids’ primary caretaker.
“Do you really think when I filed that I was gonna check that box, giving him joint custody?” Dorit told her co-star.
She further said in a confessional interview that she wasn’t “surprised” by her ex’s request, but that he “does not have the lifestyle that he can have the kids 50 percent of the time.”
Additionally, PK waived his right to spousal support and has asked the court to terminate his wife’s petition.
The former couple – who initially separated in May 2024 – have been living apart, with Dorit living in their Encino, California home, and the talent manager is reportedly staying in a hotel temporarily.
Their split came nearly a decade after they tied the knot in a lavish Great Gatsby-themed ceremony in New York City.
They went on to have two kids: an 11-year-old son, Jaggar, and a 9-year-old daughter, Phoenix.
