Robinson was arrested after two days of searching when a family friend reported the suspect’s confession to the authorities. Charlie Cup, 31, co-founder of the Thing Voy USA organization, was shot dead while speaking to about 3,000 people at Zuta Valley University. The attack occurred right on stage while Charlie C was answering questions about the shootings.

The bullet hit Father Lu C in the neck, killing him on the spot, causing panic in the crowd. US President Donald Trump called it a brutal assassination, while Governor Zuta Spencok compared the incident to assassinations in the 1960s. Security camera footage showed the suspect climbing onto the roof of the house before opening fire and fleeing, leaving behind biological traces and a long-barreled rifle found in the woods near the school.

On some of the bullet casings, police found other handwritten messages such as Hello Oella. If you read this, you are gay. Now the shit-sucker takes it. The FBI released video and photos of the suspect, and offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

After receiving more than 7,000 tips from the public, Robinson was identified as the prime suspect. The initial report from his father showed that Robinson had recently expressed negative political views and had spoken ill of Char C. Char C’s death has sent shockwaves through the American political world, raising concerns about a rising tide of political violence. Many Republican and Democratic leaders have condemned the assassination, calling it a direct threat to American democracy.

[music] The suspect in the shooting of conservative activist Chelligus has been identified as Tyler Robinson, 22, of Utah. According to authorities, Robinson had criticized Mr. C in a recent conversation and was living with the family at the time of the incident. The suspect was arrested on the evening of the 11th of next month after a family friend called the police.

Investigators have not yet released an official motive. Governor Uta Spencer told reporters that a family member told authorities that Robinson had recently mentioned Mr. C’s appearance at Utavali Ice College where he was shot on May 9. The governor said they discussed why they disliked him and the views he expressed.

A family member also said Robinson had become more interested in politics in recent years. Authorities revealed that Robinson had carved what appeared to be anti-gun messages on the shell casings found. with the suspected murder weapon. Robinson was arrested on charges of aggravated murder and other charges. According to tape records released by RER, Robinson had no criminal record.

He was registered to vote but was not affiliated with any political party. Robinson is currently listed as an inactive voter, meaning he did not vote in last year’s presidential election, when Republican Donald Trump defeated Democratic candidate Camala Haris. Robinson graduated from HVW High School in Storge Uta in 2021. A video of the graduation ceremony online shows him walking across the stage holding his diploma to cheers from the audience.

That fall, he attended Utah Ice College in Logan for a semester. It is unclear why he dropped out after that. In a video posted to Facebook by Robinson’s mother, he is seen reading aloud a letter announcing his acceptance to Utah Ice College on a full four-year scholarship as she cheers.

Another post revealed that Robinson scored a 34 on the ACT, a standardized college entrance exam that ranks in the top 1% of students, according to the Prinon Review. At the time of his arrest, the governor said, he lived with his family in Ha Washington, a southwestern part of the state near the Nevada border. Robinson’s mother’s Facebook posts, which were largely deleted on May 12, were mostly family-friendly, documenting trips to Alaska, the Caribbean and Disneyland.

Celebrations of school plays, Halloween celebrations, new pet bunnies and pride as her three sons progressed through the grades. None of the posts were political. Some photos showed Robinson and his brothers occasionally posing with guns, which is not uncommon in a state with relatively lax gun control laws.

On the evening of May 11, Mr. Kha said a family member of Robinson called a friend who then reported the shooting to the H. W. Sheriff’s Office.
